Incight Job Fair helps job seekers with disabilities

Hosted by Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Services, the Incight Job Fair is intended to help job seekers with disabilities network and make professional connections.

Many students are nearing graduation, and the looming "real world" can be a scary concept. It can be even scarier when you're a job seeker with a disability. That's where the Incight Job Fair comes in; a networking event exclusively for people with disabilities. Hosted in part by Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Services, this job fair understands that 70% of jobs are acquired through networking, and no one should be barred from that opportunity. At present, 39 companies are planning on attending, including FedEx, TriMet, WebMD, and Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Services themselves. The job fair will be held April 11, 2013 from 10am-2pm, though workshops start at 9am, at the Oregon Convention Center, Oregon Ballroom 204.
