New Boxer Alerts Enrollment Policy
On May 1, students, faculty and staff who have not registered for Boxer Alerts will be enrolled. Those who are enrolled are encouraged to check to make sure their phone numbers and email addresses are up to date.
On May 1, all current Pacific University students and employees will be enrolled into Boxer Alerts. If you were not previously registered you will be enrolled through your university email address. If we have a mobile phone number on file for you, your mobile number will be added as well.
If you are currently enrolled in Boxer Alerts, but missing a university email address or personal mobile phone number, you will also receive a notice regarding the information we have added to your Boxer Alert account. For example, if the university has a mobile phone number on file for you and you have previously registered only your email address, the phone number will be added and you will be notified of this addition.
Students and employees who have registered for Boxer Alerts on or after Aug. 21, 2012 with both their email address and mobile phone number will NOT receive a notice. If this applies to you, please check your information on file to make sure it is up-to-date by visiting your online “myAccount” Account Settings and clicking on the Boxer Alerts tab.
The Pacific University administration respects your privacy. If you do not wish to receive Boxer Alerts, you will be able to opt out of this service when you receive the notice informing you of what information has been added for you.
If you need technical assistance, please email email@example.com or call 503-352-1500.
