- benefit concert coming in November before thanksgiving

- Go back to chapters and find out what they would like to do for the Greek lounge. Would they like anything added or improved? Especially updated games!!

- REMEMBER posters need to be stamped before you put them in RA boxes or they will not post them

- Tonight is treasurer training meeting with the business office in UC 102 at 5:30.
- Get in touch for support from ACE board with any campus activity!
III. Old Business
- Noise Parade October 23rd –
- Extending the route three extra blocks.
- October 6th 8PM next meeting.
- RHA is serving hot chocolate along the route
- Four Pillars of Greek Life- Chapter responses- Overall many chapter members did not know them-
- AKD- incorporating the pillars in pledging, would like something in the Greek lounge with the pillars
- AZ- would like them up in the Greek lounge
- Delta- want up in Greek lounge
- Gamma- use for Greek week or spring fever
- Philos- paint them in Greek lounge
- Pi-rhos- would like them in the Greek lounge
- Thetas- post in Greek lounge
New Business
- Rosters – Due November 3rd
- Updated and sent to Cortney at cortneyt@pacificu.edu
- Include first and last name, position, student ID, pacific email, and graduation year
- All-Pledge Meeting- 11-16th of October.
- This is going to be a Greek life orientation
- Things to discuss- four pillars, all Greek events, introduce each chapter, and contact list.
- Get feedback from your chapters about anything to add to agenda
