- In fourth week of pledging
- First Highway Cleanup last Sunday went well
- Working with WFWA for Halloween party for community
- Doing Hall-O-Safe in UC for Halloween
- Tabling this week for photo fundraiser in UC 11:30am-2pm, come if your group wants a professional photo!!! Only $5 for an 8x10

- Changing meeting dates

- Next Wednesday the 28th Breast Cancer info session with a speaker from Susan G. Komen @ 7 in the pulse

- Going to a Blazer game in November
- Phi Lambda Omicron
- Working on pledging and noise parade
- Pi Kappa Rho
- Corn maze went well and was fun
- Photo shoot dates for calendar scheduled for end of the week
- Calendar coming last week in November
- 6 new members added after integration
- Working on noise parade and t-shirts
- Theta Nu Alpha
- In 2nd week of pledging, ending Sunday
- Working and planning noise parade
- Planning Graffiti Club/Rave night on 14th in the Milky Way. $3 entrance fee includes glow sticks, highlighters and black lights. $2 more for unlimited non alcoholic drinks

- Rosters – Due November 3rd
- All new pledges need to be included in the roster, up to groups to decide if socials should be included
- VP of Communications – Andrea
- Updated the IGS website
- Minutes still to come, and pictures at the end of the semester with pictures from fall
- Only received one constitution last week, need the rest!
- As a reminder, the constitutions are needed for Greek computer and for Constitution meetings
- VP of Inter-Greek Relations – Justin
- Working on a date for IKEA trip, anyone is welcome to help pick out stuff for Greek lounge
- VP of Finance – Andrew
- Came up with funds request form, execs will look it over first then give it to groups
- Budget report- $10,855.04 originally, now $9,016.97
- VP of Programming – Jill
- Programming 101 set for 1st week of November during Open Forum
- Noise Parade (see below)
- Advisor – Cortney
- Thursday at Cornelius Theater is Midnight Movie Madness; Paranormal Activity, Nightmare before Christmas, Astro Boy, Cirque de Freak: Vampires Assistant all playing at midnight. Get in free with a Boxer Card!
- After noise parade and bond fire 80s cover band Breakfast Club will be in playing in the UC for free until 12:30am.
- Old Business
- Noise Parade – FRIDAY!
- · Have someone to run the parade, thank you Lindsay!
- · 4 outside groups are participating
- · Streets are not closed now, no one can walk but bikes are fine
- · Last Meeting for noise parade tomorrow at 4:30
- · Noise parade has been advertised on all family weekend brochures
- · Questions can be answered by Jill- stau9320@pacificu.edu, and the rules will be emailed to groups soon
- All-Pledge Meeting
- Set for the 1st week of November, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Send Jaeme what time would work for chapters
- Going to be in the Greek Lounge, inviting chapter advisors, IGS execs and all incoming pledges
- Fall Committees- Anyone new interested? Meeting times will be set up, pledges can join in also

IV. New Business IMPORTANT: All Chapters Must Read!
- Safety and Greek Respect-
- Safety is addressed in Bench Rules; look them over before pledging each year. Be aware active members need to be leading by example. Remember “Freeze Rule” in bench rules!
- Greek respect- all Greek chapters are different and equal. The reason why we have different chapters are because of the different traditions
- Constitution Updates
- No objections so far in changes in constitution. Voting on changes will start when we have a solid product. All meetings are Thursdays at 11
