- Planning Graffiti Club/Rave night on 14th in the Milky Way. $3 entrance fee includes glow sticks, highlighters and black lights. $2 more for unlimited non alcoholic drinks

- All new pledges need to be included in the roster, up to groups to decide if socials should be included

- Working on a date for IKEA trip – possibly in November, anyone is welcome to help pick out stuff for Greek lounge
- We won’t be getting a TV, but possibly a pool or poker table

- Programming 101 set for 1st week of November during Open Forum

- What do we want to see happen differently? – explain how the judging/tallying works, a larger bonfire (prepare in advance), please ask your chapter for feedback!

IV. New Business IMPORTANT: All Chapters Must Read!
- Guest Speaker - NRHH
- Stacey from NRHH came and asked the Greeks to recognize clubs/orgs, students, staff, faculty and programs at Pacific by writing Of the Month awards. – an email will be sent out regarding these awards.

- AFLV Conference
- Conference is in April, ask your chapters if anyone is interested. Next week bring the names of those who may interested
- Programming 101 – Next Week!
- All Greeks are welcome to attend to hear more information about how to plan programs
- Chapter Photos – AKD Fundraiser
- IGS is paying for each chapter to have an 8x10 photo taken. Please email the AKDs to sign up for a time!
