What is your favorite thing about Pacific University?
The small community feel of the University.
What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Pacific community?
It reminds me of my time when I was at Pacific
Why do you think Pacific is a high-quality place for students to attend? What do you think sets Pacific apart from other Universities?
My experience combined with talking friends at other Universities is that Pacific requires more from their students.
What is one thing you would change about the University if you had the power to do so?
More focus on marketing to raise the image of Pacific. Hands down one of the best educations around, but people do not know.
What do you admire most about the University?
Effort to improve itself.
What is your fondest memory from your time at Pacific?
Late night missions with other students to live the college life.
Why did you decide to take a position on the board?
To help make the University a better place.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
Golfing and Skiing
What do you think is the most important quality in a person?
Desire to learn and understand what is going on around them.
What is/are your favorite phrase/words of wisdom?
Can’t is not an option.
Never stop learning.
What is something you have always wanted to do?
Go into space.
What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done?
Packing into snowy mountains on horseback for a week of outdoor fun in below freezing temperatures.
If you could have dinner with anybody who would it be?
If you could be born in a different time period, what would it be?
What is one skill you don’t have but wish you did?
Play the piano
