The renowned civil rights activist, whose Feb. 6 appearance at Pacific was postponed, returns to Forest Grove. No tickets remain and a crowd of more than 2,000 is expected.

Symphonic Band Concert
Pacific's Music Department presents the Spring Symphonic Band Concert
Location: Taylor-Meade Performing Arts Center (McCready Hall) - 2014 Cedar Street
Hawaii's original part band, Natty Vibes comes to start the party to celebrate our mother earth. This party will include a beer garden to support Doernbecher Children's Hospital Toy Drive and FREE food. Pacific I.D. required and state I.D. if over 21.

Undergraduate students within the College of Arts & Sciences will present their senior capstone projects. Presentations begin at 8 a.m., run every half hour and conclude at 5 p.m.

The Forest Grove Campus Library expands open hours during spring term Optometry finals. The library will resume its regular schedule on Saturday, May 3.
Browning, the chair of Pacific University's English Department, will be a visiting U.S. Scholar in Vietman for the 2014-15 academic year.
A full slate of events around Earth Day will take place April 18-25 at the Forest Grove Campus.
President Hallick encourages all students, faculty and staff to attend a town hall meeting at the Forest Grove Community Auditorium to discuss safety improvements at the intersection of Highway 47 and Verboort Road north of Forest Grove.
On May 1, students, faculty and staff who have not registered for Boxer Alerts will be enrolled. Those who are enrolled are encouraged to check to make sure their phone numbers and email addresses are up to date.
The School of CSD will be conducting workshops for children and families affected by cleft lip and palate as part of the graduate student practicum training in the CSD master's degree program. Email for more information.
