There are so many things to love about Oregon but my most recent discovery was the Oregonzola cheese from the Rogue Creamery…delish.

World Series or Superbowl?

Superbowl…but March Madness reigns supreme.

If you could take one class at Pacific University what would it be, and why?

Golf -- I've been thinking about taking it up.
