Dr. Bowen is an adjunct faculty member since 1997. He is co-instructor for the third year practice management course. In addition to his teaching responsibilities at the college, he maintains an optometric practice in the Portland metro area.

What does he enjoy most about teaching at the College of Optometry?

"I teach to share my enthusiasm about optometry and business.  I enjoy  exposing students to the practical, clinical part of our profession – the real application of the vast knowledge they have acquired."
