Academic Code of Conduct
Pacific University is an academic community—a place where the pursuit of knowledge and skills is the common ground that unites all of its individual members.
Students have a right to the conditons that promote learning: freedom of speach, expression, and association, freedom from harassment, the right to privacy, and the right to due process. Students are responsible for helping to maintain a campus atmosphere conducive to teaching and learning.
Academic honesty and integrity are very important values. Academic dishonesty includes any method by which a student misrepresents the quality of her or his academic work. Academic dishonesty is a serious matter and will be dealt with accordingly, up to and including dismissal from the University.
