- In Cornelius Wellness Center, 1151 N. Adair, 1st Floor, Cornelius, OR 97113 (Across from Concierge)
Hours of Operation
- The Hillsboro clinic is open Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
- The Cornelius Wellness Center Clinic is open by appointment only.
Payment is expected on the day services are provided. Fees for care are based upon services needed and necessary supplies. Our clinic accepts most insurance programs and will bill your carrier. If you must cancel an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.
