Registrar: Enrollment Verification
Enrollment verification often is required for health insurance coverage, automobile insurance discounts, and loan deferments. The following information is provided: name, social security number, date of birth, degree(s) earned/working toward, anticipated degree date, dates/term(s) enrolled, number of credits per term, and enrollment status (full/half-time/less than half-time).
The Registrar’s Office does not verify other information about students. Letters of recommendation regarding a student’s character or qualification to practice a designated specialty should be directed to specific faculty or personal references of the student’s choice.
No enrollment is verified over the phone.
Requesting an Enrollment Verification:
Students and alumni with BoxerOnline accounts:
Submit a request through BoxerOnline (log in, click on the Students’ Menu, then select “Enrollment Verification Request” under Academic Profile). Requests typically take 3-5 business days to process. There is no charge for this service.
