- Teaching, supervision and training of introductory clinical skills, psychodynamic psychotherapy, object relations in the therapy relationship
- Clinical Supervisor, Psychological Service Center
- Research Interests: Ethnic minority women, psychology of women, low-income clients, Rorschach protocols of minority children
- Community involvement with local agencies who serve underserved minority, alcohol and drug, lesbian and gay, and child and adolescent clients, as a consultant, board member, skills trainer and program evaluator
- Psychological evaluations of ethnic minority children, adolescents, adults and families
- Clinical private-practice with a variety of individual and family clients
- Emphasis of therapy approach is long-term psychodynamically oriented or systems oriented therapy, but sometimes includes cognitive/behavioral or humanistic approaches
