Common problems connecting to Blackboard and their fixes include:
| Web browser not supported | Try using a different browser. Blackboard is approved for use with Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox. |
| Popups not enabled | Under Options or Preferences, allow popups from *.pacificu.edu (all Pacific web pages). |
| Cookies not enabled | Under Options or Preferences, allow cookies from *.pacificu.edu (all Pacific web pages). |
| Login failed | Use just your PUNet ID and not your email address. |
| Login sucessful but Staff Senate course not listed | Contact the Communications Committee chair for access permissions. |
