The policies within the Residence Hall Handbook apply to all conduct in or around Pacific University's residence halls. Both residents and guests are required to abibe by both these rules and those detailed in the Student Code of Conduct.
By signing a housing contract, residents agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the housing contract, as well as all rules and regulations governing Pacific University students as set forth in published handbooks (online and/or printed). The policies and procedures in this handbook are thus incorporated into your housing contract.
