The Office of Student Conduct aims to support Pacific University's academic environment by educating students about policies and procedures and through the enforcement of the Student Code of Conduct.

This website aims to educate members of the Pacific University community about the student conduct process related to non-academic misconduct. While we have attempted to provide as much information as possible, please do not solely rely on our website to answer your questions. Our contact information is found to the left, and we are available via phone and email to answer any and all questions.

Important Updates

  • In December of 2012, the University Council approved a new version of the Student Code of Conduct. This updated code will go into effect at the beginning of the Spring 2013 semester, January 28, 2013. Any student conduct incidents occuring prior to this date will be handled under the old code, found here. Incidents occuring on or after January 28, 2013 will be handled according to the policies and protocols outlined in the updated code, found here. All other policies and protocols, such as those found within the Residence Hall Handbook, Sexual Misconduct Policy, and Academic Catalog will continue to be in effect.
