Student Conduct Board
The Student Conduct Board is responsible for adjudicating most alleged violations of the student conduct code. When a student is charged with a violation of the student conduct code, they may be directed to appear before the board which includes students and staff. They listen to the evidence from all sides, ask questions, make a determination if a violation more likely than not occurred, and assign appropriate sanctions. Board members are bound by an agreement to uphold the student conduct code and maintain strict confidentiality.
