163-bed facility was specifically built to connect the residents with each other and the Pacific campus. Living in Burlingham gives students a sense of community while also giving the student the positive aspects of independent living. This building houses sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Staffing & Safety
Burlingham Hall is staffed by one full-time live in Resident Director (RD), and 4 paraprofessional Resident Assistnats (RA).
- The RAs are on call from 7pm-7am Sunday through Thursday and 24 hours-a-day on weekends and holidays.
- Property patrolled by Campus Public Safety.
- All exterior door entries will be controlled by card access.
Burlingham Hall also elects a Hall Council at the beginning of the Fall term that acts as the voice of the hall in examining policy and sets money aside for programming, games, movies, and equipment available for residents to check out.

Burlingham hall offers four different types of units:
- 4 bedroom apartments: 26 units available (104 beds total)
- Single bedrooms
- included: one bed, 2 dresser drawers, closet area, and desk with hutch, internet acces
- Two full bathrooms
- each with bathtub/shower combination w/ access to shared sink/vanity area
- Full sized kitchen
- complete with cooking island, refrigerator, oven, and sink
- Community area
- furniture supplied: one couch, two chairs, one foot stool, coffee table, and TV stand
- Two shared closets on either side of unit.
- 6-person apartment: 4 units available (24 beds total)
- Two double bedrooms
- two beds, four dresser drawers, 2 individual closet areas, and two desks with hutch, internet access
- Two single bedrooms
- one bed, 2 dresser drawers, 1 closet area, and desk with hutch, internet access
- Two shared bathrooms (three people per bathroom)
- each with bathtub/shower combination and access to shared sink/vanity area
- Full size kitchen
- with breakfast bar and breakfast bar stools, refrigerator, oven, and sink
- Community area
- Furniture supplied: Couch, three chairs, coffee table, and TV stand
- One shared closet
- 3-person suite w/Community assistant (CA): 3 units available (9 total beds)
- One double bedroom
- two beds, 4 dresser drawers, 2 individual closet areas, and desk with hutch, internet access
- Two full bathrooms
- bathtub/shower with one shared sink and one separate CA sink.
- Community area

- Two shared closets at either end of unit
- one for the double room and one for the CA.
