Housing & Residence Life Calendar 2013-2014

August 22 - Campus housing opens 9 am to 12 (Noon) for new students in conjunction with New Student Orientation. (If you are required to arrive early, you will be contacted by your coach or Voyage coordinator.)

August 24 - Campus housing opens at 10 am to 4 pm for readmitted/returning students. Meal service begins with brunch.

August 26 - Fall term classes begin.

November 27-29 - Thanksgiving break. Campus housing remains open. No meal service.

December 5,6, 9-11 - Fall term final exams.

December 12 - Residence Halls and Vandervelden Court close at Noon.

December 12 - January 2 - Holiday housing available for additional charge.

January 2 - Campus housing opens at Noon. Limited meal service until brunch on January 5.

January 7 - Winter term classes begin.

January 22 - Winter term final exams.

January 23 - Campus housing closes at 10 am for students approved to check-out. Campus housing opens at 7 pm for new International students.

January 23-26 - Winter term break. Campus housing remains open. Limited meal service.

January 23 - Campus housing opens at Noon for new spring semester students

January 27 - Spring term classes begin.

March 22-30 - Spring break. Campus housing remains open. Limited meal service.

May 8-10, 12, 13 - Spring term final exams. Meal service ends with breakfast on May 14.

May 14 - Campus housing closes at Noon.

May 17 - Commencement

May 18 - Students approved for late stay move out by 12 (Noon).
