Housing & Residence Life Calendar 2009-2010

August 27 - Campus housing opens 7 am to 3 pm for new students in conjunction with New Student Orientation. (If you are required to arrive early, you will be contacted by your coach or Voyage coordinator.)

August 29 - Campus housing opens at 10 am to 4 pm for readmitted/returning students. Meal service begins with brunch.

August 31 - Fall term classes begin.

November 25-27 - Thanksgiving break. Campus housing remains open. No meal service.

December 10, 11, 14-16 - Fall term final exams.

December 17 - Residence Halls and Vandervelden Court remain open by request only. No meal service will be provided.

December 17 - January 3 - Winter break.

January 3 - Campus housing opens at Noon.

January 4 - Winter term III classes begin.

January 25 - Winter term III final exams.

January 26-29 - Winter term III break. Campus housing remains open. Limited meal service.

January 26 - Campus housing closes at 10 am for students approved to check-out. Campus housing opens at 7 pm for new International students.

January 28 - Campus housing opens at noon for new spring semester students

February 1 - Spring term classes begin.

March 22-26 - Spring break. Campus housing remains open. Limited meal service.

May 14, 15, 17-19 - Spring term final exams. Meal service ends May 19. Limited meal service available with declining balance through brunch on May 23.

May 22 - Commencement.

May 23 - Campus housing closes at Noon.
