Important Ticket Information
- Tickets will not be sold at the Pacific Information Center (PIC) this year.
- Tickets will only be sold via order form. You may Download A Ticket Order Form and mail it in; or, you may drop it off at the PIC.
- To download the ticket order form requires Adobe Reader. http://get.adobe.com/reader
- Be sure to fill out your e-mail address on the form. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed within 7 days.
- ALL seating is assigned. "Maile Circle" is wheelchair-accessible. Hibiscus Level seating is assigned in bleachers.
- If someone in your party needs wheelchair-accessible seating and you purchase Hibiscus Level seating, you will be seated separately.
- "Maile Circle" will sell-out fast. Please indicate on your form if you wish your money returned to you or if you want to be seated in Hibiscus Level and refunded the difference.
- Requests will be processed in the order they are received to give you the best available seat.
- If tickets sell-out before your order is fulfilled, you will be promptly notified and issued a full refund.
- We reserve the right to limit groups to a party of 20. If your party is larger than 20, purchase your tickets separately or contact us at the phone number below.
- Check only made payable to NHOH. If you wish to pay by cash, drop your order off at the PIC. Orders will not be processed unless payment has been received.
- You may choose to have your ticket delivered by:
- U.S. Mail by enclosing a SASE(self-addressed, stamped envelope); or,
- Pick-up at Will Call. Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the PIC shortly after you have received your e-mail confirmation.
- We are not accepting orders by phone at this time.
- Video Cameras are not permitted.
- Outside chairs are not permitted.
- Children two and under are permitted to sit in a parent or guardian's lap and eat from a parent or guardian's plate.
- Please do not contact the PIC with questions about your order. They do not process the orders and do not control the assignment of seats.

Why do I need a form? Why can't I just buy a ticket at the PIC?
- We have made several significant changes this year:
- First, ALL seating is assigned. There is no more general admission.
- Second, we have switched to a theater-in-the-round staging
- You can Download a seating chart.
- We believe these changes will result in better viewing and a more pleasing seating experience. HOWEVER, some aspects involving lighting and sound design are still being finalized. If we were to make physical tickets available for sale at the PIC on March 6, as originally published, we would not have been able to offer the best available seating to the first buyers. As a hypothetical example, people purchasing tickets on March 19 may have received better seats than those purchased on March 6.
