Preamble:

We, the Business students at Pacific University, who strive to promote educational and personal interaction in an effort to expand our appreciation of the business community, do here by ordain and establish this constitution.

Membership:

Any student at Pacific University who has an interest in this organization and is willing to adhere to the provisions of the constitution is eligible for membership. There will be a minimum of one faculty advisor for the club.
