"Goodbye, Greek House" Ceremony
The Greek House was taken down in the summer of 2007 to make way for new construction and growth on campus. Before it was demolished, Greek members organized a "Goodbye, Greek House" Ceremony. This "open house" style event, held on May 9, 2007, included house tours, a BBQ, guest speakers sharing their memories of the house, and a chance for Greeks to spray paint their names and letters onto the side of the house. A good time was had by all!
The Noise Parade is an annual event organized by the Inter-Greek Council and co-sponsored with PUCC. Many student organizations participated in this year's parade, held on Friday, October 19, 2007, which was included as a part of Family Weekend. Despite the rain and chilly October weather, many Pacific University students and families turned out to see the student-built floats and costumes and to hear the noise.
Reunion 2007
There's No Place Like Pacific! More than 500 guests gathered on the Forest Grove and Hillsboro campuses June 21-23, 2007 to celebrate one another, milestone Reunions and Pacific University.
