Travel info is distributed for those going to lū'au.
- Donation Solicitation letters will be mailed in January. If you have any suggestions for solicitations, please let us know. Donations committee starts follow-up with companies towards the end of January.

Lū'au Weekend Schedule - Parents:
-
Parents start arriving at college on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Friday Morning: Parents' meeting is held in the Stoller Center (PAC) at 9 am.
- Parents will help students with stage & dining hall decorations, Country Store setup & sales, sewing, selling leis, floral arrangements, costumes alterations and hemming, preparing the food, cleanup and any other projects when needed.
Country Store Hours:
- Country Store opens for faculty/campus members on Friday (3-6:00 PM). It is open Saturday (10:00 AM) for the general public, until 4:30 PM. It re-opens during the show until the end of intermission.

Kitchen:
**Tentative info - subject to change
- Kitchen activity starts on the Sunday, before Lū'au Day.
- During normal college business hours, a few selected parents organized thru the Food Advisor, works in the kitchen.
- After business hours, on Friday evening, Saturday morning and afternoon, parents' help is needed to prepare the lū'au and/or local food.
- Dress Rehearsal :
- This show is held on Friday at 6:30 PM. Chili and rice after dress rehearsal in the Pulse. Snacks like sandwiches and SPAM musubi will be made for their late night break for their Saturday show's intermission.

Show Time (one show): 6:30 PM Stoller Center (Pacific Athletic Center - Gym)
After Party:
- Parents and their guests and students, may attend, by invitation only. It takes place in the dining hall after the cleanup of stage and Country Store areas.
