How To Contact Your Advisor

Experience has shown that successful Pacific students all have one thing in common: a close working relationship with at least one faculty member. Pacific's faculty are committed to teaching and working closely with students.

Each Pacific student has a faculty advisor, assigned according to the academic areas in which they have expressed an interest. However, advisors may be changed. When you declare a major you will need to select an advisor in that department. Faculty advisors present you with a set of options and help you make informed choices about your academic program. It is important for you to take advantage of the advice and expertise faculty advisors are ready to share.

You are expected to know and check on degree requirements, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for your own education. Courses, academic regulations, and requirements for graduation are explained in detail in the College of Arts and Sciences catalog. Copies of the catalog can be viewed Online at http://www.pacificu.edu/catalog/. For questions regarding your academic program contact either your advisor or the Degree Audit Coordinator in the Registrar's Office.
