Pacific University Conference and Event Support Services is here to help make your conference, event, or meeting successful. Our ‘One-Stop Shop’ staff will work with your organizers to plan meeting facilities, catering and food service, technology needs and assistance, and when needed, housing. One final invoice will include all services.

At Pacific University you have many options for meetings, events, and conferences. After a discussion of your needs, our staff will provide you with information to help determine the best options for your group. Our staff will work with your organizer and campus food service to provide fresh, local and sustainable foods and catering. Parking permits for on-campus lots can be provided at no cost.

To better serve you we have established the following categories and parameters.

Meeting
Group of 2 or more in one room for one or two days.

Conference
Groups requiring a large room or facility for all participants, along with smaller breakout rooms. Conferences can be single or multiple days and can include campus housing.

Event
Major gathering of people for keynote speaker, summit, or social activity requiring advance pre-planning and coordination of logistics with other departments.
