Pacific University offers several residence halls to fit the needs of your conference. Traditional and Apartment style rooms are available late May through early August. University Dining Services, administered by Aramark, provide a fresh and delicious daily menu, with catering for any event, conference, or meeting.
Traditional Residence HallsWalter Hall, McCormick Hall, and Clark Hall
These residence halls have a combination of rooms. Most rooms are double occupancy with two twin beds, two desks, two chairs, two dressers, and enough closet space for two people. There are some single, triple and quad rooms available. As with most traditional residence halls, community bathrooms with private showers are available on each floor.
Residence Halls with ApartmentsBurlingham Hall, Gilbert Hall, and Vandervelden Court
These residence halls have a combination of apartments with three or four bedrooms for up to six people. Most apartments have kitchens or kitchenettes. Each apartment has two bathrooms and a furnished living area. Each individual bedroom contains a bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser and a closet.
*Vandervelden Court is not an enclosed hall. Each apartment has its own outside entry. Each apartment has four single bedrooms, a living room/kitchen and two bathrooms.
All housing includes the following.
- Bedding - sheets, pillow, pillow case, blanket
- Towels - bath, hand, washcloth, small bar of soap
Each guest staying in a Residence Hall is given a Key Card which will give them access into their specific hall. Keys unlock specific rooms or apartments.
Key drop boxes are located in each hall lobby. It is important that each attendee deposit their own keys and key card in these drop boxes in the envelopes they were received. We can cover these details during a more formal conversation or when ready to execute a contract.
