Copy Services

The University Service Center operates every weekday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you need black and white or color copies contact Conference and Event Support Services for the required form. After Hours service for small orders can also be arranged.

Internet Services

All buildings on campus are wireless. Conference organizers may request a secure Wi-Fi account to accommodate their meeting and guests needs. Individuals can also register for Boxer Guest which will provide for a 2 hour window of use at no charge. There are also computer kiosks in the University Commons and Stoller Center Lobby for guest use.

AV/Technology Services

Conference and Event Support Service Staff are trained in the basic technology needs of the campus. Special IT technicians are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any special requirements need to be requested at time of booking or at least two weeks before beginning of conference. If you experience AV/Tech problems, you can receive assistance by calling the 24/7 Conference and Events Support Services phone.

Laundry

Each residence hall has a laundry room. Machines require special laundry cards that can be purchased in the University Commons (Washburne Hall).

Vending Machines

Each residence hall has several vending machines that are restocked regularly.

Refrigeration Needs

Guests staying in traditional housing and having a need for refrigeration, may contact Conference and Event Support Services for assistance.

Campus Public Safety can be reached at 503-352-2230 (ext. 2230 from any campus phone). They can assist you immediately any time, day or night and will be able to direct emergency services to your exact location.
