Current Students

As a student at Pacific University, there are many avenues to get help with all of your technology needs. During the school year, the Technology Information Center (the TIC) in the Lower Level of Marsh Hall is usually open from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday. The TIC provides free assistance to walk-in, telephone and email customers. If you are having problems using campus technology, please call x.3132 (503-352-3132 off-campus). You can also send an email requesting assistance to help@pacificu.edu. The TIC staff will do their best to get you the information or assistance you need as quickly as possible.

Network Assistants
Outside of the TIC's business hours, you may schedule a time to meet with one of the two network assistants (NAs) we have on campus. NAs live in the residence halls and can provide a wide variety of technology support. If you would like to schedule a meeting with one of the NAs, please email na@pacificu.edu.
