Network Assistants
Outside of the TIC's business hours, you may schedule a time to meet with one of the two network assistants (NAs) we have on campus. NAs live in the residence halls and can provide a wide variety of technology support. If you would like to schedule a meeting with one of the NAs, please email na@pacificu.edu.
The Connect manual is available online. We developed Connect, a step-by-step information packet, to help you get the most out of your campus residence. Topics covered by Connect include NetReg (Network Registration) problems, anti-virus software information, game consoles, voicemail, and BoxerWireless setup instructions. This should be your first stop for all technical questions.
