Classroom Technology
University Information Services offers a wide range of technology in classrooms on all of our campuses. We offer four types of classrooms for use: Presentation Podiums Classrooms (single and dual projectors), Installed Audio/Visual Classrooms (with and without computers), Classrooms with Mobile Audio/Visual Projection Carts and Basic Audio/Visual Classrooms. Here you will be able to find what type technology is available in Pacific's classrooms. Please select a building to find a comprehensive list of the types of equipment in each building.
The front of each podium and audio/visual cabinet is locked with an Audio/Visual Key (AV Key). Faculty and staff may be issued AV keys from facilities management. Students needing access to the podiums should contact the Technology Information Center or Campus Public Safety.
| All of the presentation podiums are equipped with InterWrite PRS student response receivers, for class use. Please click here to read more about the clicker technology. The "clickers" are sold at the Pacific University bookstore. The Technology Information Center does not provide clickers for check-out to professors for courses. | ![]() |
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the classroom technology, or to schedule training with the equipment, please contact the Technology Information Center at 503.352.3132 or help@pacificu.edu.
