Join us on an adventure! Our student leaders will take you on an experience unlike any other! From the shores of the Puget Sound, the boulders of Smith Rock to the streets of Portland, Oregon you will enjoy connecting with fellow students and Professors in this unique experience. View the description of our different voyages below!

Portland, OR - Civic Engagement Adventure Voyage

On this trip you will experience different aspects of the food system through urban adventures and service projects.  This adventure will challenge your thinking about the food you eat and why, while at the same time building community through food. Be whisked away on this unique exploration of Portland while you generate new friendships, learn, and reflect with your fellow classmates... Roughin’ it in the city!   


Wilderness Voyages

Wilderness Voyages connect you with classmates while enjoying some of the most incredible backcountry scenery the northwest has to offer. Under the mentoring of trained student leaders you will pitch your own tent, use a map and compass, get away from the distractions of the city, and cook hardy, appetizing, backcountry meals. With each activity we teach, you will gain the technical skills necessary to travel safely, build confidence, and most importantly have a blast!

Outdoor Voyages

 

Outdoor Voyages are designed to connect you with classmates while on adventures that are located a little closer to civilization than our Wilderness Voyages. If you love the idea of having a blast with your new classmates, but want a less rugged adventure—these are the trips for you! Your excellent student leaders will show you all of the necessary skills you need to know, and you'll be having a blast in no time! The Outdoor Voyages trips accomodate any skill level,whether beginner or advanced.
