Experience the Pacific Northwest
Join us on an adventure! Our student leaders will take you on an experience unlike any other! From the shores of the Puget Sound, the boulders of Smith Rock to the streets of Portland, Oregon you will enjoy connecting with fellow students and Professors in this unique experience. View the description of our different voyages below!
"Getting adjusted to college life seems trying at first, but the Voyage was a great way to get a head start on the firsts of college." - Canoeing Voyage participant, '09
If you are participating in a fall sport, or are a local student who can't make it on one of the other voyages, we welcome you to be a part of one of our early summer trips! Early in August we are offering two different and unique trips that are designed to fit your busy summer schedules. Our White Water Rafting trip is desgined around the football players who need to make it back in time for camp! Our Tour De Central Oregon trip is scheduled around the other fall sports such as Cross Country Soccer, and Volleyball, in order for the players to make it back in time for training. Again, these trips are centered around our fall atheltes, but local students are encouraged to participate if they can go back home between the time they come back from their voyage and the first day of new student orientation.
Wilderness Voyages connect you with classmates while enjoying some of the most incredible backcountry scenery the northwest has to offer. Under the mentoring of trained student leaders you will pitch your own tent, use a map and compass, get away from the distractions of the city, and cook hardy, appetizing, backcountry meals. With each activity we teach, you will gain the technical skills necessary to travel safely, build confidence, and most importantly have a blast!

If you love the idea of getting outdoors with your new classmates, but want a less rugged adventure—these are the trips for you! Your student leaders will show you all of the necessary skills you need to know, to ensure a wonderful experience. The Outdoor Voyages trips accommodate any skill level, whether beginner or advanced.
