Rafting on the Deschutes River, OR
Cost of Attending: $475 (charged directly to student account)
Experience the Deschutes River like few ever do. Spend four days running rapids, swimming, camping, and getting to know other new students who share that same love of adventure as you do. See what Central Oregon’s premier river has in store for you. This trip offers class 3+ rapids that are sure to excite rafters of all levels.
After this four-day adventure your group will move into the classroom to explore these subjects in greater depth. This classroom time will help you continue building the friendships you established on the trip, better prepare you to succeed at Pacific and develop your leadership skills so you can impact people’s lives here and beyond.
Athlete Voyage Logistics
**Note: Due to move-in times, football, men's soccer, cheer and volleyball athletes may move into their rooms on August 12th and stay on campus (with meals provided) until the start of their practices. All other athletes (including women's soccer and cross country) will not be allowed to move in until their sport's move-in date. For those athletes not allowed to move in on the 12, it is strongly suggested that athletes stay at their home or with a family member upon return from their voyage. Please call/e-mail with any questions.

- 3-4pm Welcome by Voyage Staff on the West Lawn
- Students cannot move-in earlier unless approved by Coordinators.

- After welcome, there is Sign, Shake and Ring with the president of the University, this is a strong Pacific Tradition and a great photo op!
- Move-in to dorm August 17th @ 4:00-6:00 PM
- Students cannot move-in earlier unless approved by Coordinators. For students with late night flights, they may fly in August 16th and have a midnight check-in. If they fly in the evening of August 17th they cannot check into their room, but we will provide lodging. Please let us know ASAP if you are doing this.
