Robin Keillor, Ph.D., Director, Psychologist

Robin is a licensed psychologist, holding a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University. Robin’s areas of specialization include trauma resolution and multi-cultural/cross-cultural counseling. In addition to her specializations, Robin has many years of experience working with university students who are exploring a wide range of personal identity, social, emotional, career, and educational concerns. Robin has been employed at Pacific University since 2002.

Kim Chadwick, MSW

Kim is a social worker and therapist, holding her Masters of Social Work from the University of Denver, Colorado. She has experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and their families. She has additional experience working with and advocating for survivors of domestic violence and their children, as well as facilitating substance abuse prevention groups. She believes that relationships are the cornerstone of leading a fulfilling life and in the importance of educational programs to improve communication, mutual respect, and other interpersonal skills to foster healthy and fulfilling relationships.

Trisha Doan, Clinic Coordinator

Trisha joined the staff of the Counseling Center in June 2006. She holds a Bachelors of Art degree in Psychology from Linfield College. Trisha has extensive experience in both human resources and customer service and enjoys working with both the students and staff here at Pacific University. Trisha lives in Hillsboro with her husband and three sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as scrapbooking, decorating her home, gardening and reading.

Melinda Brooks M.S., Staff Counselor

Melinda is a student in her third year of the doctoral program at Pacific University's School of Professional Psychology. Her clinical experience as a student therapist includes conducting individual therapy at Pacific University's Psychological Service Center in Portland. Melinda is interested in helping clients explore issues including personal identity and life transitions as well as emotional and educational concerns. She has experience working with a diverse group of clients facing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. She is looking forward to working with students this year at the Student Counseling Center.

Elisa Rudd M.S., Staff Counselor

Elisa is an advanced-standing student in her third year of the doctoral program at Pacific University's School of Professional Psychology. She received her M.S. and Ed.S. degrees in Counseling and Human Systems at Florida State University where her clinical track was in career counseling and development. Her clinical experience includes working as a therapist in counseling and/or career centers at Florida State University, University of North Carolina at Asheville, and Georgia State University. She also has experience working as a supervised private practice clinician in a rural setting. She currently works part-time in a clinical call center providing brief solution focused telephone counseling and crisis intervention to a variety of callers. Her experience as a student therapist includes working at a psychological clinic in the Portland area and performing psychological assessments. She has experience working with a diverse group of adult clients facing a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, crisis issues, chronic mental illness, and adjustment to life transitions. Her special interests include women's issues, LGBTQ clients, and grief/loss.

She is looking forward to working with the Pacific students this year at the Student Counseling Center.


Cassandra Mitchell, M.S., Staff Counselor

Cassandra is a third year student in the School of Professional Psychology doctoral (PsyD) program at Pacific. Her most recent clinical experience includes working as a student therapist at a psychological clinic in Portland and working in community mental health.

She has experience working with a diverse group of adult clients facing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, identity development, family of origin issues and relationship difficulties. Cassandra also has additional training and experience working with couples.
