March 25-29 (Spring Break) Hours | 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Spring Semester Hours | 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or by Appointment

We are occasionally closed for staff meetings, lunch, and special events. We recommend making an appointment if you need to speak to an advisor. During breaks like Winter, Spring, and Summer the Advising Center will have limited in person staffing but you may make a Zoom or phone appointment, or email us with your quick questions.

If you are a current continuing Pacific University student looking for academic advising help, please make an appointment with us through Calendly. If you have questions about Federal Work Study (FWS) please see this page for Work Study information.

If you are a future Forest Grove undergraduate student and would like to schedule an appointment, please let us know what school you are currently attending and email us the most up to date copy of your unofficial transcripts. 

If you are seeking information on Pacific's Master's/Doctoral or other Professional Health or Graduate programs, please contact Graduate Admissions. 

Prospective and Future Students are welcome to email advisingcenter@pacificu.edu to set up an appointment. Please DO NOT schedule via the Calendly link as we desire to get you paired with the right advisor. When emailing us, please include:

• The Pacific University major you wish to pursue
• At least 2-3 days and times that you're available to meet
• The most up to date copy of your unofficial transcripts.

Career Advising for Alumni

We offer career advising support for alumni and we welcome you to connect with an advisor in your intended career pathway to set up an appointment. It will be helpful to tell the career advisor about:

• Information on your current career goals
• Your prior education (undergraduate major, degree, other previous education as applicable)
• At least 2-3 days and times that you're available to meet
• Information on the types of employment you are seeking
