Martin Fischer joined the College of Education faculty as director and professor of communication sciences and disorders. He came to Pacific University from a position as professor and academic director at Oklahoma State University. His areas of specialty include child language disorders and the application of technology to the discipline of speech-language pathology. He is the co-developer of the Master Clinician Network, which is a project designed to make peer reviewed examples of evidence-based clinical practice in speech-language pathology available for observation and critical discourse.
