Mitchell Ulrich '22 receives a Pacific University diploma with Narce Rodriguez
Mitchell Ulrich '22 was announced as a winner of a Fulbright Scholarship at Pacific University's 2022 Undergraduate Student Awards.

Vik has served as director of the school's PhD in Clinical Psychology program for the past two years and as interim director of the Pacific Psychology and Comprehensive Health Clinic doctoral internship program.
"Taiba has taken every opportunity to learn from challenges and to improve," nominators wrote. "She brings a desire to do the right thing and doesn't want to let herself or her instructors down. She is open to critique and is honest and self-reflective when she knows there are areas where she can improve."

Malia Guerrero '22 receives diploma with Narce Rodriguez
Guerrero is the editor of an anthology of poetry by female poets of Hawai'i, served as a First-Year Seminar mentor, and worked with PLUM and Silk Road Review publications at Pacific.

Stuart-Shuman "lives the inherent activism, candor, humor, and resilience that are hallmarks of this vital study," said V Martin, director of the Center for Gender Equity.

"Sammie's enduring passion for musical theatre and her dedication to hard work with musicians, actors, and stage crew makes her a perfect candidate for this award," said Professor Dijana Ihas.

"Mr. Massey-Johnson's tenacity, maturity, passion, intellectual growth supersedes most of his peers," faculty wrote.

Espinoza is “the total package," said Politics & Government Professor Paul Snell. "She is an outstanding, hard-working, compassionate student."
Kara Putman
"Once here, Kara particularly focused on Act in Kindness Day and the Love Rocks initiative, highlighting her strengths in building a community of care. As a future dentist, Kara has traveled internationally with Global Brigades, and has worked to establish a chapter of Global Brigades here at Pacific — still a work in progress, but without Kara's initiative would not even be seed here."
