It’s spring break for undergraduate students on the Forest Grove Campus from March 21 to 25. Many, but not all students on the Hillsboro Campus in the College of Health Professions are also taking a break. Pacific University offices will remain open.

Thomas “Tom” Bourgeois ’60, OD ’61 died Aug. 14, 2021, at age 84.
James L. "Joe" Berry, Jr. ’OD 63 died Nov. 20, 2020, at age 83.
Sigitas “Sy” Banaitis, a lifetime member of the Heart of Oak Society, died Feb 09, 2021 at age 84.
Melvin “Mel” Ashwill ’48 died Sept. 24, 2020, at age 98.
Raymond P. Alexander OD ’35 died Nov. 25, 2020, at age 107.
Dr. Liu is a faculty member in the College of Optometry and principle investigator for the Childhood Atropine for Myopia Progression (CHAMP) study.
Dr. Shanley is a faculty member in the Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology’s applied psychological science program, where she teaches developmental psychology, evidence-based practice theory, evidence-based practice applied, and group dynamics.
