The College of Business, Pacific University, Oregon invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor of management to serve the undergraduate and graduate business programs beginning Fall 2017.

The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate in Organizational Behavior/Management  or related field from an AACSB accredited doctoral program (ABD candidates will be considered if evidence of successful completion can be provided before the start date), evidence of successful teaching, a potential for research that will lead to scholarly work publishable in refereed journals, a strong commitment to both undergraduate and graduate education, and a demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse student population. 

Preference will be given to candidates who can teach a variety of management courses including organizational behavior, human resource management, international management and advanced management courses based on the needs of the college as well as the candidate’s strengths. A typical teaching load is 5 courses per year. We seek candidates interested in engaging the local business community as well as building international opportunities for our students and faculty.
