Imagine Pacific 2020 is Pacific University’s multi-year, cooperative strategic planning and assessment effort. Our goal is to evaluate all major programs and support areas collaboratively in an effort to promote student success, enhance educational outcomes, and contain costs.
Imagine Pacific 2020 began with a series of rich conversations that led to the revision of the Pacific University mission and vision in 2011. Since then, we have worked to collect and share data and ideas in order to help make that mission and vision come to life strategically. Imagine Pacific 2020 is an evidence-based process, and 2014-2015 was spent collecting data. Each unit was asked to complete a program review template, looking at data and their place in the university community. The completed reviews are available below.
In 2015-2016, we are continuing to flesh out the data with additional questions to units and discussion. This process will continue into Fall 2016, as we work to gather recommendations and make strategic decisions leading to cost savings, investment opportunities and a sustainable university.
All university faculty, and staff are welcome to review the data and recommendations collected by units throughout all of our campuses. These reviews are available as PDFs on Box, the university’s file-sharing system. Follow the links below and log in with your PUNet ID and password to review the documents. They are organized based on the university’s organizational chart, and the links below will take you to folders for each college and administrative department. You also can use the search function in Box to find a review for a specific unit. Please note that in a few templates, personally identifying and/or FERPA protected information has been redacted.
