"It is no secret that society puts pressure on men to act in ways that are not always true to themselves and, in turn, promotes behavioral patterns that are toxic for everyone. I want to play a role in naming these patterns for what they are, and to offer support in redefining what it means to be "masculine" in a healthy way."
