Practice/Research Interests

My research focus is on identifying and understanding sex differences in brain and behaviors caused by alcohol. We also study interactions between stress and responses to alcohol in several animal models.

Outside the Classroom

Dr. Devaud enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, cooking--especially chocolate. She has two kids, both in their twenties (so she guesses they're not really kids anymore...).

The School of Pharmacy is excited to announce that Dr. Leslie Devaud has been awarded a $30,000 grant from the Collins Medical Trust to support her research on the establishment of a zebrafish colony at Pacific University.
