Settle Your Accounts

All student accounts must be paid in full before you graduate. If you anticipate an outstanding balance after you graduate, please contact the Business Office to make arrangement for payment. Students with outstanding balances after graduation cannot receive their diplomas or transcripts. Students who receive federal student loans also must complete exit interviews before graduating or leaving campus. The Financial Aid Office will contact you to set up an appointment.

Invite Your Guests

No tickets are required for Pacific University Commencement. Invite your guests and provide them with this link to all the important details for the day!

Show Up Ready to Walk

Assemble in the fire lane area on the north side of Scott Hall by 8:30 a.m. All students should arrive in cap and gown. Hoods should be carried, not worn. Staff from the Registrar’s Office will line you up for the processional. Bring a water bottle — but little else. There is not a secure location to leave other personal items.

Eat Cake

There will be a dessert reception for graduates and their guests in the University Center following each ceremony.
