Dining General Manager, Austin Kumm

Austin Kumm spent his career in food and beverage across many concepts including fine dining, and a certified biodynamic winery  restaurant before joining Bon Appétit in Colorado. A graduate of the University of Oregon, he was excited to return to Oregon and join the Pacific Community. His passion for food and a desire to ensure all students, staff and campus visitors experience the finest Bon Appétit has to offer fuels his decisions. “The Bon Appétit culture spoke to me,” Kumm shared after joining his first account. In his spare time you might find him on a hiking trail, coaching and cheering his two sons’ little league teams, or on a golf course for a quick round. Stop by and say hi the next time you are near Washburne Hall.
