Dental Health Science Staff Member Selected to Participate in the 2015 Dental Quality Alliance Conference

Maria Deming, Pacific Dental Hygiene Clinic Operations Mgr., has been selected to participate in the 2015 Dental Quality Alliance Conference to be held May 1-2, 2015 at the American Dental Association (ADA) Headquarters in Chicago, IL.  The theme for this conference will be “The Roles of Quality Measurement.”

This conference will train 100 thought and opinion leaders in dentistry who commit to promoting the implementation of measurement to pursue common goals of quality improvement in oral health.  Attendance is limited to 100 attendees based on an online application process.

The Dental Quality Alliance (DQA) is an organization of major stakeholders in oral health care delivery that uses a collaborative approach to develop oral health care measures.

Funding for this conference is made possible in part by ADEA, the ADA, the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology, Managed Care of North America, DentaQuest, Health Partners, the American Association of Public Health Dentistry, and American’s Health Insurance Plans.
