John Lowrey '05 Promoted to Top Legal Post in Northern Mariana Islands

John Lowrey '05 was promoted to chief of the civil division in the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in January 2021. Lowrey’s prior practice has focused on complex litigation, with particular emphasis on state and local tax, financial, and land matters.
