Mail Services Policy Change, Effective July 1

Faculty and Staff,

Increased demand for Mail Services throughout the university from our growing student body and departments has necessitated the following change, effective July 1, 2018: Personal, non-university related parcels (packages) addressed to university employees at the Forest Grove and Hillsboro campuses will no longer be accepted by Mail Services. Additionally, Mail Services will no longer process personal parcels for outward bound pickup and shipping that are not related to university business.

Personal items for employees shipped to the university prior to July 1 will be accepted, but please immediately update your shipping preferences on any personal accounts you have which may include a university delivery address.

Self-stamped letters will still be accepted by Mail Services for pickup by the U.S. Postal Service, but employees are asked to have all personal mail, including letters and periodicals, mailed to their home residence or personal post office box.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email mailservices@pacificu.edu.

Mail Services and Facilities Management appreciate your understanding and cooperation with respect to this new policy.
