Open Enrollment is Underway for Benefit-Eligible Employees
Mark your calendars! Open enrollment 2024 is underway. Benefit-eligible employees will be able to make desired changes to their current benefits within the Paycom HRIS system through Monday, Nov. 20, 2023.
If an employee does not make changes to their current benefit setup, the same benefits roll over for the 2024 plan year. Please note, however, that employees must re-enroll annually for Flexible Spending Accounts.
The new Benefit Guide for 2024 and additional updated materials can be found on the Human Resources Open Enrollment webpage and also will be delivered to benefit-eligible employees via email.
Important: 2024 is seeing an increase to medical rates, however, there will be no impact to employee medical rates until June paychecks in 2024.
Please be aware that employees will not have the opportunity to change their benefit enrollments when the rate changes become effective in June 2024. These rate details are provided in the updated Benefit Rate Overview document.

How to Make Changes or Enroll
To make changes or enroll in benefits during the Open Enrollment period Nov. 3-20, 2023:
1. Log in to Paycom
2. Go to "Benefits"
3. Choose "Open Enrollment"
4. Click "2024 Enrollment"
5. Start Enrollment
Please note, changes to retirement contributions must be made at TIAA www.tiaa.org/pacificu.
