Pacific School of Pharmacy Partners with Albertsons on New Residency Program

The Pacific University School of Pharmacy is partnering with Albertsons Companies on a new PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Program.

A first-year post-graduate resident in the program will practice at the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center to learn the craft of ambulatory patient care. The resident also will teach Pacific pharmacy students and work with Pacific faculty to learn about research design and scholarship.

And, the resident will serve an Albertsons pharmacy store to provide patient care in the community.

The residency program begins July 1, 2022.
