Provide New Website Feedback via Online Survey
Pacific University launched a new website in mid-August, the culmination of a 21-month discovery to launch process. This process was interactive, with discussions with the Pacific community associated with each major benchmark. This included stakeholder sessions, online surveys and open forums. We worked with our digital partner to lead this initiative throughout the process and each benchmark was available online.
Over the last four to six weeks, members of the Office of Marketing & Communications have met with student groups as well as Academics and Admissions to learn abut what is working well on our new website as well as where there is opportunity to improve. These 20-plus sessions included conversations around navigation, design and content, and included feedback on minor tweaks as well as recommendations for future enhancements. The discussions will continue.
